As general counsel, he negotiated leases with major retailers, structured corporate transactions, managed reporting and compliance for nineteen limited liability companies, and managed all legal issues involved in the development of more than 1.1 million square feet of new retail space within a three-year period. Before that he maintained his own legal practice in Grand Rapids, owned and managed a franchise business, and served as a member and general counsel for The Encore Companies, a real estate development and management firm. Ederer joined Bodman in September 2019 after practicing commercial real estate law with a prominent Florida business law firm. His work on behalf of tenants has included negotiating leases and other agreements for some of the nation’s largest retail and restaurant chains with the Mall of America, Disney World, Aventura Mall in Miami, and other major landlords. We identified 1808 patients with cT1 renal masses in the MUSIC-KIDNEY registry, of which 30% met the definition of complete compliance. An evaluation consisting of all 5 guideline measures was considered "complete compliance." Variation with guideline adherence was assessed by contributing practice, management strategy, and renal mass size. We reviewed MUSIC-KIDNEY registry data for patients with newly diagnosed cT1 renal masses to assess for adherence with the 2017 AUA guideline statements regarding recommendations to obtain (1) CMP, (2) CBC, (3) UA, (4) abdominal cross-sectional imaging, and (5) chest imaging.
